1You must not

• Harass, bully, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
• Share sexual, violent, hateful, illegal or otherwise harmful content.
• Record lessons yourself, or share recordings, classroom links or other people's personal details.
• Impersonate someone, use another person's account, or give false information.
• Try to get round payments or arrange paid lessons outside the platform with someone you met on it.
• Upload malicious software, or try to access accounts, data or systems you are not allowed to.

2Academic honesty

Tutors help students learn; they will not complete assessed work or exams on a student's behalf.

3What happens if the rules are broken

We may remove content, give a warning, suspend or close an account, and, where the law requires or a child may be at risk, report the matter to the authorities.
